The Queendom for Aspiring Entrepreneurs
Background
Crowning Queens Mentoring is the Queendom for aspiring entrepreneurs. Founded on October 20, 2017, Jaya Bolden gathered her seven queens who she mentored and put them in one room. Jaya became an entrepreneur at the age of 16 having little to no guidance on how to become a successful business owner. As people acknowledged her skill set and watched her grow she began to get request to be a mentor for queens who strived to own their own business.
Having the knowledge, drive, and character to start their own business, Jaya mentors by providing guidance to be the best they could be. Although she was not able to publically launch the program due to the high demand of mentees, Jaya still managed to grow her program to 25 queens as of January 2019. The 25 queens have been mentored with the Washington, D.C., Philadelphia, New York, Atlanta, and Oklahoma areas.
Jaya aspires to uplift young girls and women, starting at the age of 9 and upwards. Her oldest member being 54 years of age, emphasizing there is no limit on a hunger for knowledge and a desire to be inspired.
On March 1, 2019 Crowning Queens launched as a public organization offering mentorship for mentees and mentors. To date, Crowning Queens Mentoring has over 200 members worldwide.

At Crowning Queens Mentoring, our mission is to create a supportive and empowering community of committed entrepreneurs, mentors, and leaders dedicated to guiding and uplifting young teens and women on their journey to becoming successful CEOs. Through personalized mentorship, we strive to nourish their self-confidence and empower them to achieve greatness in their business, academics, and social endeavors, fostering a generation of confident and accomplished leaders.

Why Crowning Queens?
Crowning Queens Mentoring strives to help each queen identify strengths and challenges as a student, entrepreneur, and a young woman. We discover the things that each queen values. In other words, queens will tell mentors what is most important to them and keep those things in mind when setting goals to be more motivated to achieve success.
We help our queens set educational and personal goals and come up with a plan for reaching those goals by identifying very SPECIFIC step and strategy.
We provide platforms and opportunities for queens to thrive through workshops, programs, events and more!
